The financing via Hayman's Brookside Commercial Mortgage Co. has been placed with the Fannie Mae DUS loan program, with the loan servicer being Seattle-based Eichler Fayne & Associates.
The financing takes the Hayman Co. over the $100-million mark in property financed this year. Other 2000 financing has been done for properties in Arizona, New York City, Michigan, New Hampshire, Illinois and other Texas cities.
Hayman is one of the nation's largest privately owned real estate companies providing management, leasing, brokerage, advisory and accounting services to institutional and private investors.
