Catholic Charities is leasing 10,493 sf at Lakeridge Village Shopping Center in Dallas. Pappagallo is taking 3,000 sf at Las Colinas Village. Dress Barn/Dress Barn Woman has signed for 9,046 sf at the Plaza at Cedar Hill, situated at the intersection of Texas 67 and Beltline Road. Pasquali's is leasing 3,300 sf in The Wilson Building at NWC Main Street and Ervay in Dallas' Central Business District.In other leases, Keller William Realty will be occupying 2,000 sf at McDermott Towne Crossing and Prestige Rental is taking 6,900 sf in Cherry Tree Plaza in White Settlement. At Watauga Town Crossing, Fashion Bug has leased 7,894 sf and Huntington Learning Center, 2,700 sf.
