CARLSBAD, CAGenesys Telecommunications signs a $4.1 million lease at

Genesys Telecommunications Labs Inc. took space at the newly completedthree-story building at 5857 Owens Ave. The owners, the ShidlerGroup and Buie Irish Ventures, were represented by the San Diego officeof Business Real Estate Brokerage Co. Los Angeles-based Beitler Tenant Advisory Group dealt for Genesys.
