ParkNorth Technology Center Changes Ownership

HOUSTON-The 75,580-sf ParkNorth Technology Center lands a new owner in a transaction between College Street Ltd. and F&A ParkNorth Tech Center Ltd.

The technology center is a 75,580-sf flex-space project. Partners Mortgage & Realty has represented the new owners in the transaction. Transwestern Commercial Services has acted on the seller's behalf. Transwestern is a national real estate firm with offices in 28 cities around the nation.
