Brambles Equipment Services Inc. has signed for the industrial and flex space at 22403 Katy Freeway in a structure situated on 1.5 acres. Brambles Equipment is a nationwide supplier for sales, leasing and rental of construction equipment. The operation is an affiliate of Brambles Industries Ltd., a firm founded in 1875 in Newcastle New South Wales, Australia.
The Commercial Group of Houston represented the tenant and Southwest Realty Advisors, also of Houston, acted on behalf of the owner. The structure is owned by Clay Development and Construction of Houston.
