Some of the changes couldinclude a new club seating section, a food court, askyway bar, an upgraded restaurant and a newscoreboard.
The city, which owns thebuilding, and SFX Corp., a New York company thatmanages the arena, would share the costs under theplan.
Ellerbe Becket, the Minneapolis architecturalfirm, is planning the overhaul.
