In this position, Woodruff will be responsible for directing the company's accounting functions, as well as development of financing and acquisition strategies. Prior to joining Cencor, Woodruff was director of real estate acquisitions for G.E. Capital's Commercial Real Estate Operations, where he was responsible for acquisition of commercial real estate for direct investment and for supervising a staff of acquisition managers and analysts.
Woodruff also worked for Dallas-based Vantage Cos., where he last was partner and executive vice president of finance, and for Centex Corp., where he was assistant controller.
