HOUSTON-The city's Midtown district will be seeing a change, with the buyers of a four-story office building making plans to convert it into a technology center. The structure at 3100 Travis is now the property of 3100 Travis LP.
The 125,000-sf building was purchased from Mellon Bank. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler negotiated the sale. The Midtown area has been the site of a good deal of redevelopment and residential construction in recent years.
