The signing is Hartz's third major industrial deal in the region in recent months. At the end of June, the company agreed to do a 338,850-sf build-to-suit for Lantis Eyewear Corp. in Secaucus. In July, USCO Logistics renewed and expanded its lease from 116,000 sf to 190,000 sf in Jersey City.

"Maintaining economic contributors like Standard Register is just as important as attracting new companies like Lantis," according to Secaucus mayor Dennis Elwell.
