LA Group Buys Industrial Park in Sun Valley for $4 Mil

LOS ANGELES--rivate partnership acquires the 75,000-sf G&G Business Centre in Sun Valley.

The complex stands in the 9900 block of Glenoaks Boulevard. It was purchased by GG Glenoaks, a partnership managed by Southland-based Delphi Business Properties.

Delphi Business Properties represented both GG Glenoaks and the seller, a California private partnership known as G&G Business Centre.
