Belmont Village will serve seniors who need assistance with daily activities, including those with Alzheimer's Disease. Construction of the 97,000-sf Belmont Village began earlier this month. A completion date has not yet been specified.
The company was founded in 1994 by real estate developer Patricia Will during a search for suitable housing for her mother-in-law. The firm is affiliated with Security Capital Group Inc.
