NEWNAN, GA-Calumet Town Center, a 221-acre high-tech, mixed-use project is under way. The first buildings will be four one-story office structures designed and wired for high-tech use.
Still to be named, the business park within Town Center is a $4-million project with 46,800 sf of spec office space. Rental rates in the area run between $15 per sf and $18 per sf.
Parkway Ventures Inc. is developing Calumet in Newnan, about 45 miles southwest of Atlanta. The total development includes office space, commercial and light industrial facilities and about 900 attached residences and single-family homes.
