Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro officerepresented the lessor, the Joseph and Barbara Yellen Trust, in the transaction valued at $1.7 million. The lessee was represented by the Seeley Company's Anaheim office.
Since the building's former tenant was also avocational organization, the facility will not require significant modifications before the ROP moves in. The program is state-funded.
