Investor Pays $12.2 Mil for Costa Mesa Office Property

ORANGE COUNTY, CA--Office building in Costa Mesa goes to Newport Beach investor for $12.2 Mil.

Investor John Saunders of Newport Beach purchased the property from Newport Beach-based homebuilder Capital Pacific Holdings.

The parties were represented in the transaction by brokers from Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro and Irvine offices.
