Parking and People Mover Approved for Airport

KANSAS CITY, MO-Aviation Committee will fund $7.5 million for airport upgrades.

Approved in the plans are two majoritems--a people mover system and a new satellite parking lot.

Both projects are part of a $395-million capital improvements bondpackage that was passed by voters in August.

Kansas City InternationalAirport is a three-terminal facility located in Kansas City, North.
