The new office, which will employ 15 people, is situated in the Alliance Commerce Center 14 building.
The logistics operation presently handles AT&T's operations in 221,331-sf in the Gateway 19 building and 108,261 sf in the Gateway 27 structure. Matt Pieper, ATC Logistics vice president of logistics operations, says the deal has been inked due to the potential customer market in and around Alliance, in existing and new companies.
Alliance now houses 94 companies, 27 of which are Fortune 500 operations. In the past six months, Hillwood has leased about 230,000 sf of office space in AllianceTexas, which includes Alliance, Circle T Ranch and Heritage.
