In response to this demand, new inventory is in development. There is a 300-room Downtown Marriott Courtyard and 506-room Marriott Hotel that are both expected to break ground by year's end. And the Fairmont Hotel is currently expanding by 264 rooms and 15,000 sf, putting it at 805 rooms and 65,000 sf.
