Van Houten represented the company. i2 Technologies, also an e-business service provider, is a national account for Trammell Crow. In this particular transaction, the company was represented by Crow's Dallas office. Blue Bird, meanwhile, provides vehicle rental software for Windows; the company had outgrown smaller quarters elsewhere in Parsippany.
