The four-story property totals 100,000 and is owned by SOFI IV, which is controlled by Starwood Asset Management, LLC, the real estate arm of Starwood Corp. McCarthy O'Callaghan Co. represented Convergence in the deal. Starwood Asset Management represented the building ownership.
