SunCor built a two-story, 47,000-sf office building in the park and opened it less than a year ago. That building is 95% leased.
With the strong leasing activity, low vacancy rates for office space in the area and burgeoning growth in the West Valley, SunCor executives are looking at building a twin building next to the first one, although no schedule has been set.
The business park's leasing agent is Ron Simonsgaard, a former broker with Grubb & Ellis who semi-retired last year.
