Ferguson Enterprises Inc.'s new five-year lease is valued at $1.4 million. The building stands at 981 Corporate Center Dr. in Pomona's University Corporate Center.
The complex is owned by University Corporate Plaza LLC, a private partnership based in Thousand Oaks. The San Gabriel Valley office of Grubb & Ellis represented both parties in the transaction.
