The law firm of Bill Jeffers has leased 3,482 sf in the building, which is owned by Montesan Ltd. Transwestern Commercial Services represented the owner in the lease transaction. Transwestern, which has offices in 28 cities around the nation, specializes in leasing, management, research, corporate advisory and investments services for office, industrial and retail properties.
