Radisson to Add Hotel at Augusta Riverwalk

The $15 million upscale limited service hotel willadjoin its full-service property, the 238-roomRadisson Riverfront Hotel Augusta. The combinedcapacity of the two hotels will make the complex thelargest convention and hospitality center in the city.Meanwhile, when completed, groups of up to 450 to 500attendees will be accommodated with meeting,exhibition and dining space.

Augusta RiverfrontLimited Partnership, the Country Suites developer,also developed the Radisson Riverfront Hotel Augustain 1992. Augusta's McKnight Construction Co. is thegeneral contractor on the project, which will becompleted next summer.
