Boston Properties Signs Two Tenants in Maryland

ROCKVILLE, MD-Internet services provider e-centives has signed for 47,088 sf, while American Express Financial Advisors took 32,522 sf at 2600 Tower Oaks Blvd.

Further north, American Express Financial Advisors took 32,522 sf at 2600 Tower Oaks Blvd., a 177,000-sf building here. Insignia/ESG represented the tenant.

The real estate investment trust participated in both deals, but was also represented by Transwestern Carey Winston at Towers Oaks.
