CA Investor Buys Tucson Apartment Complex for $4.4 Mil

TUCSON-A California buyer has picked up a 197-unit apartment complex on the city's west side for more than $22,300 per unit.

The complex is just west of the intersection of Interstates 10 and 19, just a few miles west of the University of Arizona.

The Tucson office of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Mission Verde Associates LP of Parsippany, NJ.
