HOUSTON-Cotton Moving & Storage is taking 55,000 sf of office and warehouse space at 3350 Rogerdale in a transaction that has been handled by Southwest Realty Advisors and the Staubach Co.
Southwest Realty Advisors in Houston represented the building owner, Micarles LLC, in the lease transaction. The Staubach Co.'s Houston office acted on the moving company's behalf.
