The quick-serve restaurant that featuresburritos and tacos will be located on Fifth Streetbetween St. Peter and Wabasha Streets and is expectedto open in January, said Ned Rukavina, senior retailassociate at Bloomington, MN-based United Properties.
For Denver-based Chipotle, which entered Minnesota inMarch 1999 and has six units here, Lawson Commonslocation will be its first downtown operation in theTwin Cities market.
