Terms of the five-year, $1.5-million deal will give Aviant Group 11,100 sf at 3780 Kilroy Airport Way. Aviant Group, previously known as MDTSC, has been renting a smaller space in the same building.

The building stands inside Kilroy Airport Center and is owned by El Segundo-based REIT giant Kilroy Realty Corp. Kilroy represented itself in the transaction. The South Bay office of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant.
