The Bioscience Park is a component of the nation's largest medical-related redevelopments. The project, which will take 15 to 20 years to complete, ll offer one square mile of office and research space dedicated to biotechnology research and development, basic-science research, patient care and teaching.
The initial facility includes a laboratory, office and advanced information technology infrastructure. Located at 12635 E. Montview Blvd., it is designed as an incubator to serve as a catalyst for Colorado's biotechnology industry.
