Everdream plans to relocate early next year and set up a three-shift operation, starting with a staff of 50. The company plans to hire another 300 employees over the next three years.
Everdream chose the Charlotte area for its abundant labor pool over Atlanta, Charleston, SC, Memphis and Nashville. Dallas-based Arledge/Power negotiated for Everdream. Trammell Crow Co. represented Forest Park.
