The property, managed and operated by the Wilder Companies of Boston, MA consists of both office and retail space as well as the Wilton Post Office. The Hastings firm was the sole broker in the lease deal.

The firm also dealt for Goodrich & Sherwood in its 2,976 sf lease of office suite space at 535 Connecticut Ave. in Norwalk. Mountain Development Corp. acted for the property owner in the lease deal.
