The leasing responsibility includes North Central Plaza Three, Four Forest, Lakeside Square, 9400 NCX and Eighty Eighty Central.

Parker previously had been employed as a broker for CB Richard Ellis, handling suburban office buildings and new developments. In 1999, he had helped seal more than 500,000 sf in leases in the metroplex. The Vanderbilt graduate's experience also includes a stint as an assistant general manager for LaSalle Partners.
