Earle Brown Tower to be Sold in Auction

BROOKLYN CENTER, MN- The 116,700-sf building will be sold to highest bidder Dec. 7. JBS & Associates of Chicago is handling the auction.

The Chicago-based real estate marketing andasset sale firm said the property would be sold to thehighest bidder, regardless of price, at 11 a.m. CST onThursday, Dec. 7. Earle Brown is located on a 6.3-acreparcel and was built in 1973.

The property will besold in conjunction with Grubb & Ellis ManagementServices.
