Altitude Software Inc. has signed for 18,155 sf, the largest transaction in Kucera's recent leasing activity. Altitude will occupy space at 11044 Research Blvd. The second-largest lease is for Navicent Technologies Inc., which is taking 16,442 sf at 7800 Shoal Rd.
Four leases have been signed for 3410 Far West Blvd. West Valley Engineering will occupy 3,090 sf; Simon Management Inc., 1,552 sf; Joe Scaparra Jr. and Ronald Vineyard, 1,408 sf; and Sigma Information Group Inc., 1,006 sf.
Other leases are: True Green Landcare LLC, 4,397 sf at 3901-A Spicewood Springs Rd; Robert A. Ross, 2,353 sf at 1600 W. 38th St.; Texan Surgery Center, 1,029 sf at 7000 N. MoPac Blvd.
