The project was directed by company owner Jerry Bidwell, architects ZGF Partnership and Hoffman Construction. The building was purchased from California-based Chelsea Development Co. In moving into the building at 330 SW Sixth Ave., Bidwell vacated one-third the space it was leasing in the Police Headquarters building on Southwest Second Avenue.
