Mid-Wilshire Hotel Fetches $5.6 Mil

LOS ANGELES-Private group of investors purchases 87-unit Ramada Inn on Wilshire Boulevard.

The 87-unit lodging facility stands at 3900 Wilshire Blvd. It was purchased by BC International Corp., a privately held real estate investment group.

The seller is a California-based private group known as Wilshire Plaza Partnership. The partnership was represented by the local office of Kaufman Group.
