In a 7,000-sf industrial lease, Tyco Electronics has inked a deal with Jackson Shaw for a portion of the Beltline/114 Business Center in Irving. Grubb & Ellis Co. has acted as the tenant's representative in the transaction.
The Jones Law Firm LLP is taking 4,891 sf of office space at Mockingbird Station, 5307 E. Mockingbird, from Mockingbird Station Partners LP. Grubb & Ellis has represented the building owner and Worth Ross & Associates Inc., the tenant.
