The Austin-based IT service provider's subsidiary US OnLine Inc. will deliver cable TV and telephone connections to Frankel's Wimberly Park in a 15-year deal signed in recent days. The high-tech firm caters only to multifamily residential properties.
Frankel's Texas holdings have been a boon to the service provider, which has been signing pacts for complexes in the Dallas-Ft. Worth region for Internet access, cable TV and telephone connections on a regular basis.
US OnLine recently had been named private broadband operator of the year at the annual Private & Wireless Conference. The firm holds contracts for 44,813 hookups in Austin, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Denver, Houston, Portland, San Antonio and Washington, D.C.
