Douglas E. Nies will be responsible for coordinating IT functions, including the creation and implementation of a high-tech strategy for the nationwide construction company. Nies, a 25-year veteran of the technology industry, has spent the past 19 years at The ServiceMaster Co., based in Downers Grove, IL. He most recently was the company's telecommunications vice president.
