"Without access to computers, participation in on-line competitive bidding for service contracts has been impossible until now," says AvidXchange CEO Mike Praeger in a prepared statement. The wireless component can be accessed in the AvidXchange program through the Nextel, Sprint and Verizon Wireless networks. AvidXchange uses Clarus Corp.'s ClarusAuctions software for its programs.
