Newport Beach Principals Ink $13.4 Mil Deal for North San Diego Mixed-Use Project

SAN MARCOS-CA-Realty buys a nearly 170,000-sf office/retail center in this North San Diego County community.

Voit Commercial Brokerage's San Diego office represented both the buyer, CT Realty, and the seller, Voit California Portfolio Partners--both of Newport Beach--in the transaction.

The mixed-use center borders Los Vallecitos Boulevard and Vallecitos de Oro and includes eight buildings on 11.4 acres. Tenants include San Diego County, Casual Dining and Barstools and Haywards Unfinished Furniture.
