Cawley International has represented F.Y.I. in the lease transaction while and in-house broker has acted on Gaedeke Landers' behalf. F.Y.I. is a business leader in document and information outsourcing solutions. One McKinney Plaza, built in 1985, contains 257,328 sf of net rentable office space, of which 14,000 sf is retail.
