The operation is relocating from the Bank of America building in north Arlington. Tenaska is planning to expand its energy trading and services operations in the coming year. SCM Real Estate Services, based in Arlington, has represented Tenaska and Poynter Scifres Co. has acted on behalf of the building owner, 1701 Lamar Ltd.
