Right Place IV, headed by Rob Porter and Earl Richer, purchased the Casa Capricorn Apartment, a 26-unit complex at 6302 N. 64th Drive. The sale price equates to $34,000 per unit.

The property was sold by Sauslito, Calif.-based NJD Limited Partnership, which had owned the property for just over a year.

The Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale.
