Iswa plans three more developments encompassing office, retail and recreation under the Federal Government's Title VI program, according to Carson Blue, the tribe's secretary/treasurer. The First National Bank of Anchorage, AK made the first Title VI loan of $1.7 million earlier this year to finance eight housing units in Mountain Village for the Asacarsarmiut tribe.
