The shopping center, on South Pacific Coast Highway, is a 79,550-sf specialty retail center that is nearly fully leased to such tenants as Starbucks, Le Peep restaurant and Sakura Bana Sushi. Lumberyard Retail Investments LLC, a division of Capstone Advisors, sold the property.
