Southern Development Partners has signed Richmond, VA-based McGuire Woods, a law firm dealing with technology clients,to 8,000 sf and Frontier Capital to 3,500 sf. Both are estimated three year-to-five-year leases.
McGuire Woods has 50 lawyers in two uptown offices and expects to staff the south end location with about a dozen lawyers and support personnel. Frontier Capital is a technology venture firm that invests primarily in the Southeast Both tenants are expected to move into the building sometime next year.
