SOUTHFIELD, MI - Last installment of annual $1.68 per share is released.

The company has a portfolio of 56 shopping centers, with approximately 11.7 million sf of gross leasable area. They are located in Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Florida. Headquartered in Southfield, MI, the company is a real estate investment trust (REIT).
