Dominguez has been with NACORE International since 1985. He served as a director with both NACORE International and NACORE Institute of Corporate Real Estate. CoreNet Global will be formed from the integration of NACORE International and the International Development Research Council.
The newly-elected directors of the board are Douglas A. Young Jr., Steven E. Marcussen and Brian G. Schwagerl Young is manager of corporate real estate for Farmland Industries Inc., Kansas City, MO. He has been a NACORE member since 1987 and has served as Kansas City chapter president.
Marcussen is senior vice president of Cushman Realty Corp., Los Angeles. He is a former Los Angeles chapter president and was named NACORE Associate Member of the Year in 1997.
Schwagerl is senior manager of facilities planning for the Hearst Corp., New York City. He has served as president of the New York City chapter and was named Outstanding Corporate Real Estate Executive for 2001 by that chapter.
John W. Davis and Philip D. Neuer were elected senior advisors to the NACORE board. Davis, executive managing director of CB Richard Ellis Inc., El Segundo, CA, chaired the NACORE Board from 1997-1999. Neuer currently serves as president of the NACORE Institute of Corporate Real Estate and is a former president of the New Jersey chapter.
George J. Fiore was reappointed ombudsman for the board. He is vice president/general manager of real estate for the CIT Group Inc., Livingston, NJ. James F. Sipp was reappointed special advisor for International of the board. Sipp, vice president of White Castle International Co., Columbus, OH, is a past chairman of the board.
