KANSAS CITY, MO-Oldham, the restaurant, to open in the former Oldham Hotel, on the first level. Nearly $2 million was spent renovating the property, which has offices on the top four floors.
After closing, The Oldham Hotel was used as a warehouse for nearly 20 years. It had been vacant for the past five years. The new owner, River Market Venture, has spent nearly $2 million renovating the building of which now the top four floors are offices.
